Starting today, WTES PTO will be selling Smencil-grams for Valentine’s Day! Each smencil-gram is $2 and includes one Valentine themed smencil and you/your child’s handwritten note. Smencil-grams will be delivered on February 13th (February 12th for Pre-K). Send money (cash, check made out to WTES PTO, or PayPal - @WTESPTO with a note of child’s name/teacher and smencils) and handwritten notes back in your child’s folder. Orders are being accepted through February 6th. If you have any questions, reach out to Barbie!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, will be a Non-Traditional Instruction Day for all Taylor County Schools.  This is NTI Day #1 for students. Students will learn from home and staff are to be available for support, from their assigned work site, from 10am-3pm. Parents and Guardians are asked to review our NTID Family Plan video for more information on student expectations, available teacher supports, and meal availability for students. This video can be viewed on our Taylor County Schools website, YouTube channel, and social media page.
